Does anyone remember a somewhat organic place on Old Seward in the late 70s?I want to say it was between Dimond and Dowling and what to say it was called the bread factory, but can't find it. It was on the east side. Live acoustic music was common. I remember sprouts being a big deal. Lots of soups and sandwiches. Thanks.
Does anyone remember Soapy Smithy Ice Cream Saloon and Eating Establishment? It was on Benson Blvd across from the Sears Mall in 1975-1976
Bud – yes, the Soapy Smith Ice Cream Saloon was a favorite. We took our children there a number of times. Fun atmosphere – great memory

I went to Preggy's Airport Cafe every Saturday with my friend. Best memories made there.
Great place with a lot of wonderful Anchorage history
Ed – Yes, I remember the Bread Factory restaurant – I think there was also another restaurant like that in downtown Anchorage around the same time.
Hi does any one remember The Bun. I am looking for a waitress names Marty that worked there back in the late 60s
Remember the California Roll in 1997 or 1998? I LOVED their Terryaki chicken
